Oliver W. Medway grew up around animals, farms, and veterinary medicine.As a young boy, he spent countless hours visiting ranches, barns, and country roads where animals needed help.

Many of the Doc & Boots adventures are inspired by real places, real animals, and true events. Through these stories, Oliver hopes to share the lessons, friendships, and adventures that can be found wherever people and animals come together.

When he is not writing, Oliver enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with animals.
